Great food as always!!!!
We had not been to Fiorello's indoors pre-theater for a while. The last few times it was warm enough to eat outside which is lovely. Inside has become a zoo. It was loud enough to be a school cafeteria. Although there were many waiters. servers and bussers, it seemed difficult to get prompt service. Management was responsive to our request for a booth which was wonderful. Food was very good and Fiorello Spritz was delicious and refreshing. However, the service was slow We had a 12:00 reservation and had tickets for a 2:00 show at Lincoln Center-I thought the would be plenty of time; however, we did not have time for dessert, although we had the dessert menus and had made a choice. Great food and accommodating staff. Very close to Lincoln Centet.
The reservation was easy to get. The food was delicious and the service was very good. This was my friend's first visit to Cafe Fiorello and was very impressed. I've been to the Cafe many times and always enjoy my meal.
Not my first time at this restaurant or others of this group, Bond 45, etc. All was good except being put at a table which was squeezed into a corner making it very difficult to get into and out of. Especially when there had been several empty tables for 2 in the same area when we arrived. If this had been my first time at Cafe Fiorello there might not have been a second. Our Server was very good.
Excellent food and surprisingly outstanding service in this very, very busy restaurant. Our server was professional and pleasant, worked within our timeline, while being open to special orders. Will visit again when in the Lincoln Center area. Side note: While the staff was very accommodating to the one in our party who uses a walker, I do not believe the restrooms are accessible.
What would life be like without Fiorello's? I cannot imagine. Always wonderful. Always delicious. Always delightful.
A great pre-Lincoln Center restaurant -- they'll get you out in time for your curtain. The traditional Italian food is good, portions are generous, prices aren't out of sight, and even if service is frantic until showtime, the staff is reliably courteous and efficient. (When our table wasn't ready exactly on time, we were given free glasses of Champagne.) Cafe Fiorello is also noisy and cramped, but near Lincoln Center, you can't do better.
