Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

I live In the building and have coming here for 40+ years. Best restaurant in the area!
I've been to Café Fiorello many times. The food this last time, however, was mediocre. Considering the prices, this was very disappointing. The ambience is still nice, as is the location. But when you go to a restaurant, you want good food, and that was lacking on my last visit.
We have been going to Fiorello's for many years and have always enjoyed it... until our last visit. The service was still pretty good and the food very tasty but there have been changes to the menu which disappoint us. Their bread used to be excellent, now it is plain and uninteresting, but you can order some of the better bread... for a price! I have always had a glass of Vernacia, but sadly it is no longer available by the glass. My wife frequently has veal scallopine / picata, but it is no longer on the menu. The food we ... read more
We have dined here on multiple occasions. Food is always consistent and never disappoints.
The restsurant was fine but the tables were too crowded together. The noise level is way too loud. From both conversation and uneccesary background music. Our group of 5 ordered from the antipasto bar 6 vegetable items as appetizers but you can order any number you want they caculate the cost. The tuna and chicken pallard were well prepared and there are alternate sides if you want. The brazinno could be improved if they cooked it with the bones. The merange and strawberry shortcakes are well worth a try. The chocolate mouss... read more
Perfect for before or after a show at Lincoln Center!
Great energy provided by locals and tourists together with excellent food at reasonable prices make this a must visit NYC restaurant before a show.
The food was good but the service was slow. We made a group reservation several weeks ago for a Wednesday noon and they did not seem ready for us. We arrived at noon and were rushing to get across the street for a 2 pm performance when the check finally came at 1:45 pm. They also did not accept separate checks, which they did inform us of in advance. Friendly waitress, but one was not enough for our group of 9 people and a concert deadline.
Fiorello is our go-to before events at Lincoln Center. The food is always good, and the service is fine, but it does get a little noisy. If you want to hold a conversation, ask for a table in "Berlin." The antipasto bar always has delicious things. We are especially fond of the caponata. And for dessert, you can't beat the chocolate mousse!
