We love this place, but I guess they were overloaded on Christmas night. It took a really long time to get our food, and my pizza was not even warm. But normally, things run very smoothly there.
Fun lunch with good friends.
Our server was very attentive and courteous even under a Christmas Eve late evening. Says a lot about the management. Kudos.
Had a great dinner with the family before a performance at Lincoln Center (restaurant is across the street). Has a real New York feel to it. Food was very good, everyone enjoyed it. Very good vegetarian options via the vegetarian antipasto that has about 10 different choices (put 5 together for a satisfying meal). Very good pre/post theater option.
An intense Christmas Eve dinner experience. Food was fine but not as good as usual, noise was quite high, service staff made good effort under real pressure. We enjoy this restaurant and have had other really good experiences there. We will return.

Although we arrived about 20 minutes prior to our reservation time, we were seated immediately. Service was quick and attentive and the food was delicious! Lunch at Cafe Fiorello is a Christmas Eve tradition for us, and our experiences at the restaurant have always been wonderful. Great food; great people. Thank you!
