We were greeted warmly, seated promptly, and served by a very polite waiter. However, our food order must have gotten mishandled as it arrived long after several tables who arrived after us had been served, and some had even paid and departed. The waiter kept apologizing and telling us it was almost ready, but meanwhile all we could do was watch other people eating. Cafe Fiorello is the perfect location at which to eat prior to a performance at Lincoln Center. Get there earlier than you would normally plan to avoid the mad rush and to have time to eat, get your coat and get to the theater. Despite a mob scene the staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Our two brunch items, the Italian Breakfast and the Eggs Benedict with parma ham were delicious.

Outstanding in all categories. The LASAGNE was like I've never tasted before.
Food was too salty. Very small portions. Tables were on top of each other.
Prompt seating in a comfortable booth added to the overall good vibe. We had a Margarita pizza which was thin and delicious with a wonderful Chianti. Entire staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will definitely be back.

great location for Lincoln Center pre dinner
The service at Fiorello is very professional and extremely cordial, the " team" works hard in making you fell at home. The food is consistently very good , the home made pastas are excellent. Must make a reservation.
