Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

The revised menu has many terrific options for vegetarians. The pizzas are outstanding. The service was outstanding. Our waiter explained menu items in detail and made great recommendations. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.
We had an enjoyable and delicious meal before going into the Met Opera. They were able to seat us and were sensitive to the timing issues involved with curtain time. In fact, there must have been a lot of lincoln Center pre-show patrons because the place virtually emptied out around the time we left at 7. Food was excellent, well-presented and reasonably priced. Wine list reasonably varied but high-priced. Will return.
I always eat at Café Fiorello before the opera. The service and food are great, particularly the antipasti bar.
Tables were too close together and it was uncomfortable because there was no privacy to converse. We made a reservation and we ended up with a tight table next to the door. There was a cold draft each time a new customer came in. Service and food was great.
I love Cafe Fiorello! It's my favorite happy place to eat before attending a performance at Lincoln Center. I recommend it to everyone. The veal chop piccata is delicious. Not in the mood for a big meal, sit at the bar and have the antipasti trio with a glass of your favorite wine. Mine is the super Tuscan. Buon appetito! Ciao!
always a dependable choice for lunchn lat afternoon or dinner
Café Fiorello is always reliable in terms of service and quality of food. We value this because we often go to Lincoln Center and it is nice to know that your service is quick and friendly. I ordered Red Snapper Livornese and my husband ordered the lasagna. My fish was very good, the sauce strong on tomato flavor. Fiorello’s lasagna is a flat lasagna, and the waitress explained this before ordering. It looks more like pizza but is made on lasagna noodles and my husband liked it. This time we did not order a starter, even tho... read more
I can highly recommend this place, particularly if you are attending a show at Lincoln Center. Cafe Fiorello is a large and very busy restaurant, which boasts an excellent (and original) menu, outstanding service and a vibrant ambience (which is rather noisy, though). The prices are moderate; the big portions make a visit well worth the money. Their house-made 'open' Lasagne (try it!) is absolutely delicious!
Oh my God, the three braised short ribs were incredible - just melted in my mouth and so perfect. Service was fantastic, fast, and knowledgeable about the menu, and surrounding patrons were very friendly. Highly recommended - will be there again, soon!
