Cafe Fiorello is an institution across the street from Lincoln Center, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch on the weekends. Fiorello's is a great spot for pre-theater dining. Open late each night, the restaurant is also perfect for a post-theater dinner, a light bite at the antipasto bar, or cocktails and dessert.

Fantastic service, the antipasto bar was wonderful and so were the entrees.
I have dined here twice, each time I have been visiting from San Francisco and attending the Metropolitan Opera. It's the perfect post performance treat, whether you're attending a matinee, as I was last Saturday, or stopping off after an evening performance. The host and staff make you feel very welcome, even if you're solo, and the service is very good. This time I had the pappardelle which was done "al forno" with thin slices of eggplant parmigiana and brought to the table sizzling, straight from the oven. I loved it and ... read more
Fiorello's brunch menu has changed. My group preferred the old menu. However, their bread/muffins/sweet rolls tray is always wonderful.
Chosen for proximity to Lincoln Center for out-of-town guests., and Saturday table availability ofnrelatively short notice. Service was excellent, and ambiance nice, especially for visitors. Food and wine were good, but not good enought to justify the price. Don't feel cheated, just a little disappointed. Perhaps its the location that accounts for the cost. Glad they had a table for us, but I will book earlier and look elsewhere next time.
Always great, the service is over the top. No request was too small for the staff
We arrived at the restaurant at 5:30, 15 min prior to our reservation. We were seated quickly, we had an attentive waiter and we placed our order of veal milanese and strip steak around 5:40 just before the rush of customers. We didn't get our entrees for nearly 30 minutes, and we were debating cancelling the order so we could get to the opera. The waiter was apologetic, but he could tell we were uncomfortable with the wait. Once the food arrived it was very good, and we were able to get our check quickly.
Our server was very accommodating regarding our time schedule as well as the dietary restrictions of one of our guests. Overall, the food was delightlful, beautifully presented, and tasty - not oversalted which was a plus. The homemade pasta was cooked just right and delicious. We also enjoyed picking out our appetizers from the vast selection of dishes on display at the bar. A good evening!
This is a wonderful restaurant with excellent food, beautiful setting and a wait staff better than most. Our dinner before seeing The King and I was the perfect beginning to a beautiful evening.
Crowded tables. High noise level. Reasonable price for NYC would love to try outside in good weather
