A great, classic Italian restaurant right across the street from Lincoln Center. Excellent traditional food, with a few interesting twists (open-faced lasagna, lobster carbonara with a poached egg). Great service and a lovely, convivial atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We've come here often before or after a performance at Lincoln Center. We used to go to O'Neil's but since they've closed Fiorello's has been a favorite. My wife enjoyed the Filet Rossini while I had the crab cake and shrimp. Both were excellent. Service was attentive, efficient, but not intrusive. Melissa was great and made our anniversary special.

Try the lasagna!! It's out of this world…Don't pass up the bucket of mousse at the end!

Cafe Fiorello continues to serve great food ,e.g. mushrom pizza, merangue cake... service is always helpful and attentive without being annoying. A great brunch.

We went to Cafe Fiorello on a Friday night and we were ready for great Italian. Cafe Fiorello did not disappoint. We wee seated immediately, our waiter was very helpful and attentive, and we ordered a great variety from pizza, signature lasagne, fried ravioli and burrata salad, to the risotto, seared tuna and lamb and every plate was absolutely delicious. For dessert we ordered the chocolate mousse and the tiramisu and both were the best we had had!!! It was definitely a great dining experience, and one that we will repeat.

I always love Fiorello's for the ambiance. It's one of the few really old feeling NY restaurants. The staff is excellent and friendly. Some of the dishes are terrific, especially the pear salad and vegetables. I was disappointed with the Carbonara this time and also the tuna steak. Tuna too cooked and Carbonara too thick and the egg on top--not a great idea. But overall I always love the restaurant. It cheers me up and reminds me of the great, large, restaurants of my childhood in NYC.

Our pasta dishes were quite good. However, we were not informed of the charge of a special fish entree that turned out to cost $55.00--way out of line with other entrees. We expect specials to be slightly more, but this was uncalled for and was not an exceptional dish. Service was good, but waitress should have informed us.

We enjoyed our experience on Christmas Eve thoroughly. Our waiter was lovely--attentive but not overbearing. The noise level was low. And the food was out of this world. We had branzino, burrata, eggplant, scallops, filet mignon, ravioli, and some vegetables. We also ordered the chocolate mousse. All of it was extraordinary. From the chocolate that greets you at the entrance to the ambience to the view of Lincoln center to the food -- it was a night to remember.
