Food quality was fair. Poor salad quality and value. Service was slow.
Very friendly,polite and well mannered staff who left you time to talk before and after ordering. I never felt rushed or ignored.

We went for brunch on a Sunday. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful, making recommendations for us. Overall really good quality italian food. Fantastic anti-pasto bar. Would recommend highly for lunch/brunch.
This restaurant has very good food and the amazing ability to get everyone out the door and to their performances at Lincoln Center on time. Very impressive. The wait staff are professional and pay attention. A very well run establishment.
Perfect pretheater dinner for Lincoln Center. Seafood risotto was amazing. Kid friendly. Kind wait staff. Loads of clients per waiter, so patience is a must! Arrive early for a relaxed and enjoyable dinner.
Had a lovely lunch--food was very good as was the service. I've been to Fiorello's numerous times and the noise level can be quite high depending on the time of day or night. A late lunch is perfect for being able to hear and participate in a conversation!

One huge disappointment was: I arrived first and gave them my name and my friend's name and decription; they seated me and I waited for thirty minutes and finally my friend found me; she had been told that I had not arrived yet and was seated at another table out of my view. This was very upsetting since this gave us only forty minutes before we had to leave for Lincoln Center. This was not the way I wanted to start what should have been a lovely evening.
