Menu needs to be up graded. It is uneventful. Should have a late night menu.
Food is simply outstanding. Wait staff and Maitre'D very attentive. Good variety on menu. Pre fix menu is also good
Ate here before a very early Met performance--we had a 4:30 reservation. The food was quite good, the prices quite reasonable.
Right across from Lincoln Center, this restaurant is perfectly placed for eating before or after attending a performance. The lasagna, an interesting "deconstructed" lasagna dish is simply delicious, and the portions are very generous. I have dined at this restaurant many times, and I always think I will try something else, then I veer back to the lasagna, as it is so very tasty. We had an excellent experience at Fiorello. We had a 5:30 reservation for 4. My sister and her husband were late (as usual - LOL). I called at 5:15 to say we'd be there closer to 6. My husband and I did arrive at 5:33 and the maitre d' was delightful and said he'd be happy to seat us while we waited for the rest of our party. Score 1! We had excellent service provided by Brian, our waiter. Chaudrey added to the overall good experience, as well.
this is a terrific, relatively reasonable place for a pre- (or post-) Lincoln Center event. The staff is incredibly professional, and amazingly choreographed in tight, tight spaces to deliver food on time and get patrons out quickly. Unfortunately, in its new incarnation, the menu is more limited than it used to be (the bountiful antipasto bar isn't quite as abundant or interesting), and the food is serviceable, nothing more.
Love the antipasto bar and their pizzas. Both are reasons to eat at Cafe Fiorello. The other items on the menu are also quite good.
As usual, a fine place for food and conversation
Service was great! My entire party wasn't there when I arrived and they still sat me. The waiter was extremely patient with us. We had a delicious pear/goat cheese salad and thin crust margarita pizza. Been here a bunch of times and always good!
