I have been a little frustrated my last couple of visits with my daughters. When checking out last week, I needed to purchase a lip balm for one of my daughters and also add an appointment for my other daughter, Evalyn. The client services specialist who assisted us left me standing there awkwardly for a long time while trying to purchase the lip balm. Friendly, fast, very attentive
Everyone from the receptionist to the doctor and nurses were extremely helpful and cordial and accommodating. I was very impressed and have definitely found a new dermatologist for my skin care needs. Dr. Malia Downing is very thorough and skilled. I feel confident that she offers the best care for my needs.
