The most recent experience I had truly demonstrated the staff going above and beyond. I was only scheduled for lab work initially; however, the medical assistant’s superior attention to detail caught an error that would’ve prevented my prescription from being fulfilled without an associated physician visit. The NP that I’ve been seeing happened to be fully booked that day, but a PA was willing to squeeze me in with no negative impact to my schedule.
