I received appropriate care and the staff was very friendly and professional. But my appointment felt rushed. I didn’t feel like the nurse or doctor fully explained what was going to happen As far as procedures go for an appointment. The directions and care instructions were briefly and quickly explained. Had to interrupt for questions. It felt as though I had been a patient there for years and should have known what to expect with my first time seeing a dermatologist.
The staff and doctors are always very friendly, informative and helpful. They are always smiling!
