The staff and Dr. Groyson were very caring, and it was the first time while dealing with the skin issue I was having that I could relax and felt like I was in the best hands to care for me.
My experience was great. Dr.Groysman is very professional also very friendly. The facility is conveniently located with plenty of free parking. Formerly worked atUAB which tells you a lot about qualifications etc. Dr Groysman also helped Traci with her melanoma issues which I will always be thankful. For those of us growing up in the 60s-70s I would recommend going to visit Cahaba Dermatology.
The customer service that I experienced during my visit was outstanding. Even though I live in Tuscaloosa, I don't mind driving to Birmingham for my skincare needs due to the outstanding service. You guys at Cahaba Dermatology rock!!!!
I have recommended Cahaba Dermatology to several friends and colleagues. Dr Groysman and her staff are the best there is.
Always feel listened to, and the physicians seen to have a excellent knowledge base. Wait times are a little longer than I’d like. I’m usually able to get an appointment within a week notice, which is nice.
I was well plaased the nurses and Dr Gerald.
Very fine staff. All very polite and helpful.
Waiting area in Tuscaloosa is too small. Almost ran out of places to sit. I got last chair. Spaces between seating and tables is too close. Cannot walk thru, if someone is sitting there you bump legs to get by.
