Other than long wait to be seen, I’m impressed with services. Dr. Groysmans assistant for procedures was compassionate and apologized for wait.
All those I interacted with were polite, kind, and professional. And very efficient. I began seeing Dr. Groysman when she was still at UAB.
I have met three wonderful aestheticians and tried numerous services. Everyone has been kind, courteous and educated about the services offered. I am an Elite client and feel sometimes that my services do not align with the monthly costs. Overall, I am satisfied with services provided, although in January we had family emergency and I could not get into my provided time for service. Maybe offer a product or extra service to make up for times such as these.
The staff is very accommodating and friendly and Dr. Gerald is very thorough and explains everything in a way that I understand. She is very friendly and professional.

This was my first visit here and my first experience with salt water floating so I didn't quite know what to expect even though it was explained. I did feel some side effects, such as nausea and sweating, sometime after floating. However, upon leaving, I immediately felt destressed, skin felt amazingly soft and less itchy, and just overall BETTER than before I went there. I will definitely be going back soon!
Suzanne Vickers, PA is an excellent Dermatology provider! I am very thankful and pleased with her professional treatment and friendly service.
It was a great experience with Dr. Vickers yesterday with my father in law. She is very personable and explained everything in great detail. She is also very nice and didn't mind talking loud due to my FIL not being able to hear well. Fantastic experience and staff is very nice and helpful.
