I arrived early for my appointment from out of town, & I was gretted warmly, & professionally, and I was seen quickly. The doctor took time with me, & answered all my questions. It was hands down the easiest, & most pleasant experience I've ever had at ANY doctor's office.
Better than average medical experience as far a ease of scheduling, waiting time, etc. The difference is Dr Groysman. She explains everything at the correct level: not over my head and not too simplistic. She also refrains from berating me for my exposure to the sun, inconsistent use of sunscreen, etc. although she does remind me. Has a sense of humor and a pleasant manner.
I was able to get a next day appointment that was incredible. The office staff were very friendly and professional. Nurse amazing. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dermatologists as I have had psoriasis for 14 years and none of them have been able to help and in fact in some cases made things worse. I felt very comfortable at Cahaba Dermatology and trying some new treatments with fingers crossed 🤞

The Hoover office I visited was bright, beautiful, clean, and had lots of helpful and friendly employees. I was seen by the doctor in a reasonable amount of time, and he was respectful and thorough. This is a big step up from my former dermatologist.
I would recommend Cahaba Dermatology to anyone. The kindness and professionalism began when I called to make the appointment and when I walked through the door for the first time. the employees are so kind and the atmosphere is calming. I cant say enough nice things about Cahaba Dermatology. Dr. McGraw and his assistant were wonderful. I had to have an unexpected procedure that is quite painful, but they did a wonderful job in calming my fears and explaining everything to me. Everything was good. I didn't like my wait time. Appointment was 2:20 wasn't called until 3:40 👎.
Staff was so very helpful. My first visit at this location couldn't have been better. Dr. McGraw was very efficient and courteous. Coffee in lobby was appreciated too.
