Very professional and friendly staff. They definitely met my needs and have a much better bed side manner than other dermatologist in Birmingham.
The Website seems a little hard to navigate
First time visit-dr was very knowledgeable-reception staff very friendly and pleasant-nurses are very friendly and helpful. Look forward to seeing Dr. Groysman (?) again.
Dr. Tim McGraw is a recent addition to this practice. He was thorough, listened well, very personable, and professional. Walked through procedures while doing the work and alerted me to when possible pain could occur. Stephanie the tech/nurse was excellent as well.
Dr. Groysman and her staff provide excellent service.
Wait time is too long. Unnecessary if schedule appointments reasonably. Patients are human too and have better things to do than sit waiting on a doctor.
Dr. Groysman is fantastic and truly has your best interest in mind. She also has a great staff and everyone is friendly and very professional.
Facility is clean, comfortable and staff is friendly, profressional.
Dr Zoe Glick is an excellent dermatologist! When she moved from the southside to valledale, I followed her. Easy to book appointment, the staff is courteous and efficient.
