Very professional and was pleased that there was a very short wait in the waiting room
Dr. Groysman was thorough for both me and my husband.
There was no wait time in being called to the room and then the doctor was minutes from seeing me. Privacy was respected and all questioned answered to my satisfaction. I give this doctor and her staff 5 stars.
Office staff was very friendly and understanding. My nurse was really good and greeted me with a smile. Dr Groysman was thorough and listened to me with patience and concern.
Dr Groysman is a fantastic listener. However, she does not put up with any excuses, which I LOVE. She tells me like it is, that if I want to be healthy and happy and learn to live with my HS, I have to follow her rules. When I do, I am happier and healthy and have NO outbreaks. She is VERY knowledgeable about HS. I've never seen a doctor for this that knows as much regarding my skin issues.
The dr and people there are very nice and friendly!! I felt very positive about my annual checkup. The doctor was very informative in explaining things to me. I didn't feel rushed and real comfortable asking questions. My waiting time was not long at all.
I had an annual Skin exam done on 9/15/2016. Dr.Groysman was excellent - she explained what she was looking for and checked all areas of my skin (from the scalp all the way down to the bottom of my feet). She answered my questions and provided samples of medicine for my toenails. I definitely would recommend her services to anyone!
I love this place! Dr. Groysman was recommended by a friend. It was later that I came up with my first skin cancer. Everyone is very nice, courteous and " down to earth''.i have great confidence in Dr. Groysman and her staff.
