I had a appointment canceled by the staff without telling me,I just happened to call to double check on it and found out.I would have driven up from Cullman and not had an appointment.also I have been told on 3 occasions that I cannot have the two procedures at the same time that I have been having.this also happened this last time as I was checking out.
Office is organized and efficient. I have found my care competent and personable, Suzanne is great
I always feel good after leaving Dr. Groysman's office because I know I am getting the best care possible. I have recommended her to several of my friends and will continue to do so.

Everyone in the office was nice and accommodating.
The office required a doctor's referral. Once that was provided, an appointment was made immediately. I arrived on time but had a wait of 30 minutes. I found the waiting room extremely cold and asked to be allowed to wait outside. Wait time once in the examining room was minimal. I was seen by the doctor promptly and all issues addressed.
From the first moment of scheduling through the checkout process at the end, I received the most incredible service from everyone I came in contact with! So helpful and friendly! Dr. Groysman was amazing and so personable!
The office is clean and nice.
