I had a very thorough meeting with Dr. Groysman and I will refer my friends to this practice in the future
Very impressed. Had not had as thorough exam in several years. This was my first visit to this office. Just moved to Birmingham.
Love Dr. Groysman. I initially made an appointment with her because I have some great referrals to her. After meeting her this week I see why her patients love her. Very personable, takes time to talk with you and explain things.
The quality of medical care is excellent as is the physical office and staff; however, my hesitation to recommend the practice to others is based upon the excessive wait time. I don't believe my experience was isolated as I noted while I was in the crowded waiting room for 45 minutes that another patient became so upset with the excessive wait time that he walked out, remarking that every time he has made an appointment, he's had to wait too long and he will never be returning.
Very professional. Dr. Groysman does not rush in and rush out to the next patient. Excellent experience.
Stop all the email & texts. One reminder is all you need.
Felt very comfortable while waiting to see the doctor the staff made me feel that i was their only person there they took the time to get to know me and my concerns
Overall I had a great visit everyone was very friendly. Dr.Groysman was very professional she made me fell very comfortable on my first visit
