I wasn't the most desired patient upon receiving care because of an insurance issue, I was still treated very patiently and professionally by the entire staff I had to humbly apologize for my ignorance and I thank the staff for being professional and understanding.

Dr. Groysman is very caring. She explains things clearly and utilizes and provides whatever other resources she can to make sure her patients are treated to the best possible level.
I struggle with the wait ... close to an hour, before I was seen. The PA who saw me was terrific - thorough, very pleasant, very competent. She made me feel like I was in very good hands. But the wait to see her made me feel like you don't respect me/my time.
