At first we were trying Quicken Loans but when they would not lend to customer with a family trust, Caleb changed to his loan company and worked with them to maintain the already completed appraisal. Although I am in Los Altos, CA and Caleb is in Fresno, CA all of the loan application and reference questions were easily handled using their confidential computer submissions. Only the last signatures requiring a notary were done in Los Altos.
