Could not pick my car up as had no one to take me for pickup and they offered to bring me my car. I did not live far from shop. That meant so much to me. 5 Star : My Experience One problem..I was rear ended after the first claim Was estimated for the first and then I dropped the car off State farm said they also sent the rear ended the second claim to you. After the car was fixed for the first claim your text me that the will be ready on Monday. Somehow you didn't didn't realize that there was a second claim that was not started and had i had to wait again for parts to be ordered and repair. 3 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Caliber does good work but it took WAY too long to complete the work that I needed done. It took almost 3 weeks to finish very minor damage.
