5 Star : My Experience One problem..I was rear ended after the first claim Was estimated for the first and then I dropped the car off State farm said they also sent the rear ended the second claim to you. After the car was fixed for the first claim your text me that the will be ready on Monday. Somehow you didn't didn't realize that there was a second claim that was not started and had i had to wait again for parts to be ordered and repair. Receiving regular text messages and phone calls were so important. I knew exactly what to expect. They even finished 2 days early. 3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service The staff was very friendly and they have sent the glass person to assess the windshield issue Even though they communicated updates consistently, the completion date changed numerous times. It took one month before they completed the work. I also had to return to office because my inspection sticker was not one the windshield. It took them a couple of days to find it.
