Good la chambre ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos de Booking.com sol en béton endommagé, mobilier endommagé, nous n’avions pas d’eau chaude. J’ai vu qu’à côté il y avait des chambres qui avaient été refaites si vous pouvez avoir celle-ci je conseille l’hôtel si non pas piscine magnifique avec parking mais notre chambre n’était pas du tout en état

Resort is great - Pool and jacuzzi not so much. With Palm Springs being over 100 degrees during our stay, we were looking forward to using the hotel pool and jacuzzi. The first night, we discovered that both were extremely unclean - the pool had a murky unclear color, and the jacuzzi had dirt and bugs in it. The jacuzzi also wasn't working, so we were pretty disappointed. The room and shower was pleasant, and I felt that we were well taken care of while at the resort. Good enough but definitely not without flaws Our room had a HUGE roach on the first night!! We killed it and later found there were babies in the tub! We told the front office but nothing was done. Couldn’t even get a roach motel to put in there. Also didn’t like that there was no microwave. Rooms could use updating. There was paint peeling and dinged up furniture in our room. Lovely setting - Poor mattresses The mattress and bedding...mattress is very uncomfortable. Could feel the springs. The bedding was flimsy. Beautiful setting, spacious room
