Lovely place, tropical vibe, great pool! WiFi was very weak and often non existent. Stayed here often. Love the hotel, the entrance is Allways spectacular, the outlay, the pool, the garden. Room could really do with shutters so you can let light in when you are in the room and feel private at the same time!
Awesome The food at the restaurant on site was a bit hit and miss. My husband and I both ordered a burger and his was fine (not excellent) but mine came out burnt and tasted like charcoal. When I spoke to our server, he said that was how it was supposed to be and if I sent it back, my replacement burger would be the same. The lighting in the room was poor. Pleasant The pool wasnt 100 percent clean, carpet dirty. Lady in the bar running like around not helpful to celiac menu ...fast no reponse and off. The reception staff was lovely, the young lady who worked in the bar on worked on Sunday night was lovely she really helped me with making me a gluten free meal. It was the first proper meal i had since travelling. She really understands Celiac as her auntie has it. She was amazing. Thankyou for making me feel included and keeping my health well. X cleaning good .
