Tropical hotel oasis in Palm Springs sometimes the cleaning crew on the grounds on Mondays can be noisy- but they keep the place looking beautiful! love this place in Palm Springs! it is comfortable, affordable and has nice tropical grounds and pool! the room is clean and spacious. we like the Tahitian rooms best!

The grounds of the property were better than the rooms. Need to at least buy cheap carpet to cover horrible floors. Property was beautiful but the rooms were old and dirty. The floors were painted and missing a big arch of paint at the front door. The refrigerator was dirty from the previous guest. Pool and sauna area were beautiful. Beautiful Hotel Everything was great. No complaints at all. I highly recommend it. The hotel was perfect! I loved the retro tiki room vibe. The pool and bar looked nice, but I didn't get a chance to check them out. The bed was super comfy and the room was nice and quiet. The hotel was in a great location close to lots of shops and restaurants.

The beds are old with coil mattresses and aren’t comfortable There wasn’t anyplace to get a cup of coffee in the morning. I know the rooms have coffee makers but I don’t trust that they’ve or the cups have been cleaned throughly.
