Good The front staff weren't very helpful and the room lacked basic amenities. Endless towels and a coffee maker but no kettle? A fridge but no microwave or cutlery? And then the water got shut off and no one said anything. Then the water didn't run cold at all. Very strange and no communication or help. No one could help us get non-hot water! Room was big and clean and the common area was nice with a garden/grass area and pool.

very thematic and fun poolside atmosphere. made us feel transported to a tropical tiki party rooms are a little run down, mattress is a bit uncomfortable fun atmosphere and theme
Good The big beautiful pool was cold and most people just sat by it and did not swim. It was disappointing not to be able to use it.
