Cute tiki vibe, heated pool, tiki bar. Good location. Bathroom and AC were a bit outdated. great style, pool on the center and a fun a tiki bar/restaurant. a little off downtown, but lots to do closely around the hotel. A lot of space in the room and clean. Pool was heated.
Another awesome vacation at Caliente Tropics! A/C unit in the room is pretty loud. Also there is a second restaurant onsite that says it serves breakfast and opens at 10 (which in my opinion is too late for a breakfast place to open.) But it actually didn't open until 11. Also some coffee in the pool area in the mornings (or at least available in the office) would be a really nice touch. The pool is amazing. As is the Reef restaurant/tiki bar. We love it and will be back! Drinks at the reef. They were great last spring but not this time. The pool is awesome and the music soothing!
Good location- Polynesian themed, relaxing pool area and well groomed landscaping. The linens were out dated, just needs a refresh inside. Our room smelled like someone was smoking in it. Pool is great, we’ll groomed landscape. Cafe on site. Clean room with good amount of space.
pet parents dream as a pet parent my dogs are very important. the hotel has a fenced in area to let your dogs run free. the room was very clean and roomy. bed was comfortable.

Great I liked the hot tub, & the room was big & clean. I didn't like that the shower didn't have any safety bars in it. Also, I missed having a few trash containers outside, near the rooms. I wanted to dispose of trash, I had in my SUV & the 2 small waste baskets in the room, were not enough.
