Great staff, theme & staff is very accommodating! A bit outdated & rooms could use a bit updating, but feel they too are sticking with their traditional’60’s. The Tiki theme was charming & the staff was super… Especially the front desk staff; very helpful & accommodating. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Good When booking it on Book It it wasn't mentioned that the motel was hosting a Tiki-Lovers Convention. It was very loud once the booze started flowing! Loved the ambience of the pool area. Felt like Hawaii with the Hawaiian music and the warm Temps. Unfortunately, the heater to the pool didn't function.

Great customer service We had to leave a day early due to an emergency. The staff was great at accommodating and refunded the last night of our stay.
Great Value I wish the bar did room service but other than that, it’s a great place to stay if you’re planning to spend most of your day outside doing things in Palm Springs. No frills, the room (ours) was a bit dark-we faced the pool, but for the price, it was perfect. Beautiful views, strong drinks from the bar, comfortable bed.
