We had a good time but felt it was definitely over priced considering the condition of the property Hotel, Pool Area and surrounding grounds definitely need some TLC and some upgrading. We had a good time and the staff was very nice.
Good place, poor staff Reception staff was not kind, not a problem solver type. Even we came 1 H later then the check in time, they told us to wait 1 more hour to make the room ready. They didnt even feel sorry about it. Nice and clean room, good location
Good stay! Room was comfortable and clean but needs thorough upgrading incl. plumbing. Breakfast opportunities limited on premises and no microwave available. Great pool and location. Magnificent mountain views. Very friendly staff. Issues are immediately fixed.
Exceptional Ok let's be positive here. There was nothing not to like! Seriously if you ask a negative question like this mostly it just draws a negative response. This is a very comfy place with good peeps. It was comfortable for our dogs which means it was extra comfortable for us. The Reef was great food and the service was fantastic. I just kinda want to live at this place!
