Not what they say. Outdated, not so clean. Both restaurants closed. Will not go back. Long red hair hanging in and out of toilet. Nothing really

Awesome moving around in the room with a wheelchair was difficult staff was very attentive

Exceptional The staff... lil impatient..maybe due to covid situations.. but they stress about no early check in. They take your number even if a room comes up. They mean 4pn check in. Its just that. Even then they didn't call me and I didn't get to check in till after 4pm. Once I was checked in the rest of the stay was great. Excellent bar / food on both reef and west coast!!!!
