Exceptional Lovely tropical atmosphere complete with tiki torches around the pool.
This is a great place to just hang out and be I love Tropic Caliente Nothing I have been here several times before and I like staying here. The tiki vibe, ketchy fun family oriented and its centrally located also the rat pack use to hangout here.

Disappointed There is no microwave at the rooms, the hotel and the rooms not new. And small. I saw so many people been here and thought that for such a price it will be amazing but i was really disappointed. The pool is nice but besides that it’s a simple motel.its old, noisy and for the price we paid we were really disappointed cause there was much better deals at other hotels.
Good The rooms were pretty tired. The shower handle was difficult to pull out to start the water, furnishings, carpet etc were OK but in need of some tic soon. The rooms needed an extra blanket or two, it got cold at night. We enjoyed the pool and adjacent Tiki bar. Good happy hour prices, relaxing and quiet pool area.
Excellent takes a bit of a while for hot water in the shower good location,lovely view and facilities . hotel is a bit dated but it was good enough for couple of days break
Good We had a stuffy and mildew-like room. Asked for a change of room which they were willing to do but we decided to leave for Phoenix a day early Location. Pool looked good but did not use. The on-site restaurants very good.
Caliente Tropics Perfect Temperature A little microwave would be nice. Pillows a little hard and thick. Ping pong table. Kitchy tiki vibe, nice pool and hot tub. Great location. Comfortable bed. Adequate workout room.
