Great Spot All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful, especially Lorraine at reception who who gave us great tips on the best places for cocktails and food. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The Reef bar is a fun little place, I highly recommend checking it out. Thank you Caliente Tropics for a lovely stay in Palm Springs.
Good for vacation , NOT for a business trip Way too loud because it’s a resort style motel with a bar with live bands . The pool is open till midnight which is great unless you want to sleep before midnight . Did not work out for me because I didn’t get enough sleep on a business trip but great if you like to party ! Staff was excellent and moved me away from a birthday party in the next rooms . Nice pool and great staff

Awesome Nothing Grounds are real nice. Tiki bar on site. Heated pool and jacuzzi open until midnight. Large lawn for kicking back. Decent rooms. Nice tv's

Caliente Tropics Not too far from downtown Palm Springs this is a quaint old school motel resort. Clean rooms for the price with a great tiki themed property. Front desk was accommodating and the room was vintage and low key. In the summer I’m sure there are great luau parties that are thrown here. The Reef bar and kitchen has great drinks and nibbles. Will stay again~
