Exceptional We stay here a lot, it is close to everywhere. The Facilities are good and the staff are very helpful.

Great value! Well worth it! Clean rooms and very responsive staff. Quiet rooms with a great exercise room. Great value! Absolutely suggest to any traveler.
Excellent value for money! The coffee in the rooms was not great at all, but I'm from the Pacific Northwest so admittedly fussy about my coffee. Bed was definitely comfy! Staff were amazing. Loved the pool area, especially in the evening when they light the tiki torches.

Generally it was a comfortable stay, most importantly bed was excellent for a good night’s sleep! Pool and spa need to be repainted. No exhaust fan in bathroom. No directory/information book about the hotel in the room. Had to go to reception to find out where the key to in room safe was. Caliente Tropics is a little tired and run down overall. Cotton blanket on bed had holes in it and the edges were ragged. The pool and outdoor hot spa are great! Views of mountains amazing. Bed was super comfortable.
