Very expensive for what you get. Even if there’s Coachella going on. Will not return Old, bed not comfortable Location was good, they gave us ground floor

An old hotel still offering plenty! Hard to criticise really, the hotel is a bit dated but I don’t think that’s too much of a problem for me. I do prefer more modern accommodation but for the price, location, facilities and staff everything was good. Good location situated not too far from downtown Palm Springs, the rooms were spacious & had all the amenities. The pool area & bar was good and open until late. Relaxing, convenient get-away keeps us coming back Rooms can use a make over. Beds are old and not very comfortable . TV run off WiFi which constantly pauses. Pool surrounded by nature is a welcome and relaxing escape from concrete encased resorts. Nice poolside restaurant with good eats and drinks. Cozy cabanas and open area for play and recreation. Dog friendly.

We had a satisfactory stay. Nothing. We stay here when we come to Palm Springs for work. The staff are friendly and helpful. The Rooms are clean and the price is reasonable.
