Schönes Ambiente und tolles Personal Das Zimmer war nach außen hin sehr hellhörig. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Auch die Bar ist in dem gleichen Stil gehalten. Das Angebot der Getränke war dort super und das Essen sah wirklich gut aus. Wir hatten dort allerdings nur was getrunken. Das Personal war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Exceptional rooms are a teeny bit tatty and could do with a bit of attention on site facilities are great and staff were very friendly and helpful ( in fact much more friendly than in previous years' visits! )

Polynesia in Palm Springs Initial smell of cleaning product. Need a blanket for bed. No written materials about TV channels. Drink machine charged me for 3 drinks I didn't get. Tiki Theme, price. Location, clean!

Relaxing Toilet was low. I’m tall so I suppose that can’t be helped. Great pool and spa. Restaurants were awesome. Rooms were clean and comfortable

We are loyal returning customers. We spend 3 to 4 hours floating in your warm clean pool with food service. My daughter No grab bars in bathroom. Staff. Loved Edna Guardo Rosario and our housekeepers were excellent. No hot water in 133 so they upgraded us to 135. We have mobility issues and would like to suggest grab bars in bathroom. We return in October and 133 is perfect for us. Thanks Jose!

Loved the pool and the location! Price was right too! Loved the cocktails and chicken fingers poolside! Room is very The rooms need a major facelift. The crack beneath our door was over an inch and we shoved towels in it to keep the cool air and possible critters out. Light fixtures were tippy,carpet was dingy and the walls were very scuffed. The pool and outdoor space were delightful. Staff was very friendly.
