Very Good Great location
Nice location. Facilities don't work. The door key would not work. Staff did not correct it. They did not get me another room. The location was great. Property eas very nice.
Great hotel! Nothing! The beds were so comfy. The pool was warm and lovely! The room was clean and modern.
The place was comfortable with a good bar/restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Pleasant Room needs an update. They gave us a room that was not remodeled yet. Our room was next a room that was under construction so it was noisy. We were never told about pet fee when we called to check. Location, pool
I know it's a good price for Palm Springs but on my next visit I think I'll pay a bit more elsewhere For the 2nd visit there in a year my electronic card does not open my door when I come back and i have to go to the office to have it re-set. I was disappointed that the water in the sink and shower took so long to get hot and difficult to figure out where hot actually is on the antique shower water control.
