A super cute kitschy place to stay with amazing staff. Nothing! The staff was incredibly amazing. We were upgraded to suites and this was most helpful and awesome. The place was clean and adorable. We were very very happy here!
Exceptional I booked this hotel same day as a last minute add on to my work trip. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant was delicious! I'd definitely stay here again.
Exceptional We always stay here when in Palm Springs! Such a cool and relaxing tiki vibe staff are friendly especially Alicia at the front desk who is always so helpful, smiley and accomodating! Would totally recommend staying here :)

I would come back to this hotel in a minute. It was better than I expected, with a 3 star rating. There could have been less wind. The atmosphere was better than I had expected...loved the pool and hot tub. The Reef was so retro...loved the stay, I would definitely come back here again.
Hotel staff very nice. OK for one night Not crazy about Palm Springs It is an older hotel, although well maintained.
