Great hotel, great location I stay here a lot and I love the location and the rooms are great! The new tiki bar is fantastic too!

Pleasant Room needs an update. They gave us a room that was not remodeled yet. Our room was next a room that was under construction so it was noisy. We were never told about pet fee when we called to check. Location, pool
I know it's a good price for Palm Springs but on my next visit I think I'll pay a bit more elsewhere For the 2nd visit there in a year my electronic card does not open my door when I come back and i have to go to the office to have it re-set. I was disappointed that the water in the sink and shower took so long to get hot and difficult to figure out where hot actually is on the antique shower water control. Exceptional Friendly, relations big atmpsphete
Fine for a quick trip. It seemed like my top sheet was damp when I checked in. I kept checking it. It either dried or I was imagining things. The door did not have a dead bolt which did not leave me feeling very secure. For the money the room was fine. The location is great central to Pam Springs. One of my favorite local restaurants, Elmers is nearby.
Really liked this property and the location is perfect. Bathroom - door was up against the toilet, and the toilet was really low to the ground and made and awful noise when standing up from sitting on it - obviously loose from something. Very helpful and pleasant staff.
