Good Staff was super nice and friendly. Facility was really nice. It was clean,comfortable, albeit room did have kind of a slight musty smell and could have used a little more TLC, but then general all was well. We would stay there again.

Wonderful friendly staff!! We stayed in the King room and the fridge was so dinky and without a freezer compartment. The main room seemed crowded with furniture while the bathroom sink area was huge! Water in shower fluctuated from really hot to cold. Really enjoyed our stay! The staff was sooo friendly!! Alicia took care of our reservations and recommended the food at The Reef...she was right..the Coconut Shrimp and the Fish and Chips were both amazing! Yum! Bed was comfy and the room was very clean...A/C was pretty quiet!

Great anniversary trip! Thanks to awesome staff, retro-tiki hotel pool is kitch-tastical! The restaurant does not serve breakfast. Or dessert. Kinda bummer. Jose at the front desk was awesome! Alicia (I may have her name wrong) but was great too! We really appreciated the early check-in and Jose's help made our anniversary trip even more awesome! Thank you all so much for making our trip memorable!

Exceptional Clean and fresh, but all original 60s styling.
We REALLY enjoyed our stay and will be back. Smokers around the pool who disregard the signs. Maybe a few no smoking pictograms to reinforce that. Some larger groups just laughed at it. Staff are excellent. Friendly and on task. Clean and well managed. Prompt answers to queries. Pool is large, friendly feeling, nice colours that fit with the desert behind.
