Exceptional The staff is amazing! The 2 times I stayed there they were able to accommodate us and give us a room a couple hours before the check in. The pool is amazing, large room - clean and comfortable. The location is great. 8min from the airport, walkable distance from coffee shops, restaurants
Great location, great facility, a value for the money, but the manager needs an attitude adjustment. The room that we had on the first floor had a filthy floor and when I confronted the hotel manager with a bath mat that we had used to wipe up water from our towels and clothes that had gotten soaked by the overspray of the sprinkler, she, Allison I believe her name was, threatened to charge us for the bathmat if it did wash clean. Awesome Il costo della camera per notte era abbastanza alto, anche se ci sono capitata in settimana. Palm Springs era una delle tappe del mio ritorno verso Los Angeles. La struttura era un po' cara, ma davvero eccezionale: piscina pulita e grande, camer perfette e staff molto accogliente.
