Amazing area and rooms It's very loud - you can hear the people talking outside and in the room next door. We had room 132. We had a cockroach in our room - it came in from under the door. I don't think the hotel can do anything about this, but still. Great staff (we were met by Juan in the lobby) Great rooms, big and beautiful. Amazing pool area- both large pool and a big hot spa. Beautiful area with tiki figures!
