Overall good experience Bed and pillow could be better. pool and spa location facility (mountain view while relaxing was a good experience) Couple can relax with not too much of crowd, at least when I visited during Dec last week.

Very Good The walls and the mattress were a little thin. It's located about 5 minutes down the road from the heart of downtown Palm Springs. This was perfect for us - we like being away from crowds - but it some might want to be right where the action is. It's probably not walkable. The room was cute and the staff was wonderful. We loved being able to take our cat. The WiFi was pretty good. I often have to conduct skype business meetings while I travel, and I was able to do this without much of an issue. Could be better They gave us a room next to the "ball room" although we had a baby. And at midnight the baby doesn't appreciate music that loud. Heater wasn't working, leak under the sink, The staff at the restaurant.
Pleasant Rooms slightly outdated and in room furniture pretty ragged. Great staff, great for kids! Loved ping pong!
