Nice getaway for couples.... I stayed two nights and both nights my cards were demagnetized and was not able to get into my room. Although someone came a few minutes after leaving a message, he was not the friendliest person and it just would have been nice to have an apology for the inconvenience of standing out there at 3 am waiting for staff to come to my room and open the door.
