For a budget stay this place is what you might expect and the pool and location are good. Noise, rooms need upgrades to flooring, beds and bathroom. Our friends room had mold (they got a different room). The pool area is retro and decent. The property was well maintained but noisy as they were pressure washing and leaf blowing several days for a considerable length of time.

Not a good stay this time. We had an issue with the shower, the water would not get hot. It was lukewarm. We were only there for one night. We stay here a lot and this is the first time we have had any issues. It’s location is so close to Downtown Palm Springs.

Excellent place to relax, hang out in the garden or by the pool. Good holiday vibes! Have stayed here a few times, our go to Palm Springs place! Beds always comfy, clean and welcoming. The pool is amazing!

Good location with nice pool and value for money. Outdated room, carpet needs vacuuming. The evening before check out the water had been turned off when I was about to have a shower and to get ready. When I informed the receptionist I was told “ yes I think it happened in another room as well. There’s nothing I can do about it “ . When being adamant that this is not acceptable and demanded another room to have a shower in, the receptionist got on his walkie talkie and 5 mins later I had running water again Good value for mon... read more
