Good location with nice pool and value for money. Outdated room, carpet needs vacuuming. The evening before check out the water had been turned off when I was about to have a shower and to get ready. When I informed the receptionist I was told “ yes I think it happened in another room as well. There’s nothing I can do about it “ . When being adamant that this is not acceptable and demanded another room to have a shower in, the receptionist got on his walkie talkie and 5 mins later I had running water again Good value for mon... read more

Very Good Large rooms music playing outside it had a huge pool, tiki bar and restaurant. Clean rooms took care of any issues right away.

Very Good Quelques inconvénients : le frigo dans la chambre congelait tout, l'eau n'était pas toujours super chaude et chaque jour nous avons dû demander une serviette en plus à la réception (toujours 2 fournies alors que nous étions trois). La piscine de l'hôtel avec sont ambiance hawaïenne est magnifique. Bar-restaurant attenant très sympathique. Très proche du centre.

Relaxing and easy trip for Palm Springs Pride! We enjoy our “happy place” every year that we visit! Some maintenance is needed throughout the property. Pool gate has been broken for years. No door on closet. Sink didn’t drain properly. Shower was loud and water pressure was weak. Fridge door dragged on carpet. Some electrical outlets did not work. Reef was severely understaffed.
