Disappointing Ho avuto difficoltà per aggiungere un letto in camera. La prenotazione era per 2 adulti e 2 bambini ma la stanza aveva solo 1 king size. Ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Lo staff non si è dato da fare per risolvere il problema. Il ristorante è buono. Il bar della piscina aperto fino a tardi fa ottimi panini. La piscina con acqua calda è aperta fino a notte inoltrata.
Just Alright The room was dated and not clean. Beds were uncomfortable. The style of the hotel.
Okay property, terrible guests and staff follow-through We won't be staying here again. We booked this hotel because it is very pet friendly, but there were trashy people partying all night in the parking lot and dogs barking in the next room. Also, our room smelled like cigarette smoke. We moved to another room at 3am, but the staff did nothing about the barking dog OR the people drinking in the parking lot. Very poor management. Good The property really needs to work out its pool arrangements with the Congo Room restaurant/bar. Although I'm a repeat Caliente Tropics customer, I won't be returning until the Congo Room and motel management figure out how to not make motel guests feel under constant surveillance when using the pool and cabana area. Disappointing Laut röhrende Klimaanlage, auf die man leider nicht verzichten konnte bei 106 Grad F. Völlig überteuert! Motel der alten Art. Wir hatten ein einfaches Zimmer mit 2 Queensize Betten, bezahlt aber für ein größeres Zimmer. Personal eher uninteressiert im Umgang mit dem Problem. Eine Kakerlake gesichtet im Badezimmer ... Pool
séjour à Palm springs le petit déjeuner non inclus mais pour le prix il ne faut pas trop en demander la propreté parfois... l'accueil, le prix la piscine en face de la chambre et disponible même après les heures de fermeture avec la musique et le bar en permanence une sérénité règne dans cet hôtel de l'oasis un seul regret : ne pas avoir pu rester un jour de plus
