Goods and bads Internet in rooms did not work and bar and restaurant were expensive. Which made many people bring there own to the pool despite the signs. Nice old 50s 60s feel
Dissapointed.. I was awaken by an alarm that went off for about 7-10 minutes and I had to call the front desk because they were not even aware of it. The alarm was loud and it awaken quite a few people in the building. I also didn't like the fact that it had a huge roach in the shower, and last but not least, considering that it was hot with 115" temp their ice maker doesn't make so much ice! I liked that it was close to a supermarket.
It was ok that they charged my card twice. I was given my money back but only after I called but the worse part was they didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.
More like a cheap hotel than a resort! The representation on the web site was nothing like the room we stayed in. A resort? Really? It was more like an overrated motel. For the price we paid, we expected a resort!!! The carpet was well worn and stained. The toilet seat was peeling (never seen that before). The shower was VERY small. The refrigerator alternated between cool and cold. The ceiling fan didn't work and they had no replacement for our stay. Had to give us a floor fan. Okay the rooms are very outdated, very old, small, just not cozy. the front desk agent was amazing! the pool and view are great. the bar and food are great
Can improve We requested extra blankets and after 30 min we where called back that they had no blankets n no extra shampoo...how do they run a business w/o extra items ?very unprofessional The swimming pool was great and the room was great
I taugh it will be a bigger place with more pools but it only has one ,no drinking is allowed. The pictures in the advertisement were too good, but when I got there I was disappointed.
Super Pool in der Wüste Das Personal ist wenig hilfreich, der Pool ist nur mit Karte erreichbar. Der Pool ist genial.
Spring-Break Hotel In der Zeit von 14 Uhr bis 2 Uhr fand jeden Tag eine Poolparty statt.Leider wurde auf der Internetseite des Hotels nichts darüber geschrieben.Entspannung war aufgrund der sehr lauten Musik und einem überfüllten Pool nicht möglich.Neben der lautstarken Musik piepte auch noch der Feuermelder sehr laut aufgrund leerer Batterien.Dies meldeten wir dem Personal, daraufhin bekamen wir neue Batterien, die wir selber wechseln mussten.Wer Entspannung sucht ist hier falsch aufgehoben.
