Used to be a great place. Now just nice. Rooms look tired . Need upgrading . Staff were so so with some very friendly and some not. Area around hotel looks like a bit of a war zone. Lots of street people and closed businesses. No restaurant at hotel and no microwave in room.WiFi in room was poor. Has a nice pool and pool area.Nice views of the mountains nearby. Close to good hiking.Free parking on site was a real bonus .Bathroom Counter is spacious .
nice resort but customer service need to be improved !!!! more kindness and respect for clients ? the check in was too late. at 4 pm the rooms were not ready !!!! location. and room had no carpet on floor so that was clean !
Mediocre sums it up all the way around. They did not provide the requested wake up call. We could have missed our flight. The price
Not too bad Small shower, staff difficult to reach on phone. Shady guest looked like wheelchair bound drug dealer. The pool and jacuzzi was great, room was clean and bed was cumfy.
not pleasant! ! Hotel is old no upgrades original rugs.Smelled musty in the room.The bed was very uncomfortable along with sheets that had holes in them.They hot tub was very dirty along with cigarette butt everywhere.You can hear your neighbour's the walls paper thin. Staff was friendly
Last time no mas Very loud mornings can't sleep pass 7 am. Maid walked in on me couldn't check until 230 made me check out at 12:30 locked me out of tm at 1139 is Done this about six times that I stay there staff very rude Ice machines don't work either Dog friendly
Disappointing Key didn't work. Light didn't work. Poor service.
