Economical and decent hotel to stay. I wish they had provided the breakfast and / or at least kept a microwave in the room. Staff was very friendly. Hotel price was economical and decent rooms. Good Service. I complained about the draining issue in the bath tub and they quickly got it fixed. Also, when I requested for the room change coz of the noise, they took my request and immediately shifted me to another room.
Not worthy I'm not a picky person and always give a above good comment, but this time I have to say it's hard to give a decent one. The room is dim and not warm cause the heater was not working, then I found some yellow stain under the pillow and a hair. The cover is thin, there is no trash can in the bathroom. Don't know why the grade is high, even though low price but don't believe the grade. Parking
Tiki kool The rooms are standard and the popcorn ceilings are dated. The look and feel of the reception, exterior, pool area, etc. also Joey was cool and very nice.

Ordeal in the tropics! Noise at 4am from loud people, I think, hotel "crews" working to revamp the aging facility. CHECK IN they couldn't "find" my reservation, blamed me, blamed "Booking.com"!! ROOM NOT MADE UP when we checked in! PHONE didn't work! TURNED OFF HOT TUB... while I was IN IT!!! NO OWNER to talk to, just Property Management "staff", cold, untrained, horrible. CUSTOMER WAS INVISIBLE to these clueless staffers! MISBILLED ON CHECKOUT, though we told them upfront we wanted to use a different card on checkout. They ... read more
